Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Both of my kids hamburger/cheeseburger were wrong. I asked for grilled onions and the mustard was on the wrong burger.

Despite a couple BUSY mishaps, the ppl are great, and the background music, makes you just wanna get up and start dancing and having a good time with strangers! Spread the happiness in y'all! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I entered the restaurant to pick up an online order; however, no crew member assisted me, and they were standing in the back, doing nothing. When I finally received the food, I noticed that the cup of Dr. Pepper had no ice and had only been filled halfway. So, I asked an employee to fill the cup to the top; however, he added Sweet Tea to the cup instead of Dr. Pepper, and still, the cup was not filled to the top. I couldn't deliver this drink to the customer because of how it was made. Ever since I started picking up orders from Freddy's, the crew’s work ethics has never improved; therefore, I will never come here again.

The dasher was very quick and food was hot and fresh. At the restaurant, they forgot to include fry sauce and seasoning which I included in the order and it was on the ticket. It is one of the things we love with our fries and one of the main reasons we order from them. It was disappointing.
