Santino's Pizza-n-wings - Oviedo

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything is delicious the empanadas have so much flavor, the pastel de choclo is to die for.

I previously ordered here several months ago and had a good experience. This time I was very disappointed. The garlic knots were greasy. They forgot part of the order even though I specifically asked if it was in the bag.

Excellent place to share and test the flavors of Chile in Oviedo FL.I recommend it 100. And if you are not Chilean you can also try the menu of pizzas and sandwiches that have for all taste and palate !!! CONGRATULATIONS GUYS !!!

We have ordered from this pizza place before, the customer service has not been the same since the old owner left, but this situation made me write a review. We ordered a pizza off their website to be delivered at 4pm, the website clearly states the open at 12 on Saturdays. 4 past 430 past 5 passed and nothing. Tried to call the location and no answer. Tried to message them in Facebook no answer. At 7 pm someone calls my wife and before even saying hello asks is she speaks Spanish. The conversation proceeds with this lady telling my wife they just opened because the early morning shift didn't show and asked if we still wanted the pizza. Never apologized never asked what the business could do to make it right, just do you still want the pizza. When my wife dad no the owners reply was what do you want me to do from here...refund your money. If you don't know how to run a business don't own a business. Pizza here isn't bad, definitely ain't good but it isn't worth the poor customer service. Do business elsewhere there are plenty of good ones in oviedo.

The fries were soggy and undercooked, and they didn't add any pepperoni on the pizza despite our request. Instead, they overloaded it with banana peppers. Overall, the fries weren't worth the price. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Terrible experience.
