Ramen Takagi - Oviedo

I didn't have high expectations when I decided to try this restaurant, especially after my last terrible experience elsewhere. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The dumplings were delicious, and the ramen was spot on! The staff were incredibly friendly as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

I ordered the shoyu bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. I appreciate that they package the broth separately so the noodles don't get soggy during the trip home. It does take some time to prepare, but if you plan ahead and are patient, it's definitely worth it!

The ramen here is incredible! I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was rich and flavorful, with a distinct taste of pork bone. If you sit at the bar, you'll even see the pork being hand-torched right in front of you. The gyozas are also delightful—crispy and prepared without any oil. My only criticism is that the Onigiri feels a bit pricey for the quality. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and I would definitely return.

Honestly, it's the best ramen I've ever tasted. The pork is incredibly tender and practically melts in your mouth, the broth is rich yet light and bursting with flavor, and the noodles have the perfect amount of chewiness!

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time after seeing a recommendation on social media. I started with the chicken karaage and followed it up with the black Tonkotsu Ramen. The chicken karaage was tasty, with good flavor and a portion size that could easily be shared among several people. As for the ramen, it was decent but not my favorite; I found the broth to be a bit less rich than others I’ve had, and the noodles didn’t quite appeal to me. That said, the overall flavor and portion were very good.
