Jersey Mike's Subs - Oviedo

Great customer service! I know I can order a board pickup by the app, but it didn't let me customize one of the sandwiches. So I called and placed the order and asked if they can still pick up the border as I have a baby and it would be so uncomfortable to take it out of the car seat, put it in the stroller, go the 3 sandwiches I wanted plus drinks and all, put it in the car, then take the car seat out of the stroller... place it on the basis; Fold the stroller, put it in the truck... (you get the picture! Thank you. You're always super nice!

With this weird time we live in, finding decent customer service is becoming harder and harder. The men behind the counter at this Jersey Mike’s have set themselves apart from the norm. Great team and value to have in Oviedo.

Always liked this place. Always had good service. The only thing I don’t like nowadays, and lots of fast food and non sit down restaurants are doing, is when you pay by credit card it always asks for a tip option. Are we trying to change the culture if you make at least minimum wage and don’t wait on me at a table I’m not supposed to tip. I know some will say “ jerk” and “just choose not to tip” but I actually don’t like it from anywhere. It actually influences me at times to not go there and just make something at home which in the end saves me money but I wonder if the managers would like to know that especially if I am not the only one doing that

We picked up two subs. The service was quick and they didn't skimp on the toppings. There's plenty of seating inside as well.

Of all the chain sandwich shops in town, Jersey Mike's is by far the best. I haven't had a bad sandwich here yet. Special note should be made about the staff. The employees are great. Friendly, attentive, and they pay attention to the little things which gives them an edge over any other location in town I think.
