Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Oviedo

I was at this restaurant,a few weeks ago my food wasn't fresh after waiting for over 10 min.I called &spoke to 1 of their managers name Jason.@this time he was so apologetic saying ge would replace my meal &also give an additional meal .so today on 6/26/2023i go there to purchase &ask about the meal he would replace.He went to the kitchen to speak to another supervisor came out &said I'm sorry I don't recall speaking to you do you have your receipt no I don't but I do have it on my fetch account. So basically he lied about writing my name down &even speaking to me .Never will I stop there again .

First time here and glad I don't have to come back.I have to repeat myself to the cashier and still got my order wrong even when I said it out loud slowly.3 orders of original chicken2 sides order of french fries and 1 coleslaw side not fries (coleslaw GARBAGE ? all the fries were soggy2 regular drinks 1 watermelon tea 1 coca colaWhat I got was 3 original chickenAll french fries sides2 coleslaw sides.Enjoy everyone!

Used to love Huey Magoos. maybe it’s just this location. I came here with my daughter after taekwondo, so it was around 7:30 8ish on a wednesday.. they were not busy at all. The cashier was kind made an effort to provide great customer service. The food came out very fast, way faster than i expected. Once we got home definitely should have looked before leaving … I asked for double fries. didn’t get it. there was barely any in the boxes to begin with which honestly was laughable. i should have taken a photo of it. BOTH of our toast was so burnt thin.. we threw them out. A little embarrassing to only make chicken fries it’s your thing ? none of it is even good. Disappointed. But now i know not to stop here anymore.

I loveeeee Huey magoo’s ! This restaurant has amazing food. The service can be slow sometimes so I call in advance to place my order.One time I got a free drink, for some Tuesday promotion when you buy a combo. Not sure how it works, I was not prepared for it.The chicken is delicious, their sauce is DELICIOUS! I love it ! One of the best options around UCF.

Used to love stopping in for a meal at this place. Its gone way downhill. Its dirty, the quality is way down, and they're charging even more now.We stopped in last week for a late lunch. Our chicken was tough and old, the fries were cold and had WAY too much seasoning. Even the bread was nasty. Not texas toast anymore. Just a slice of white bread.The place was filthy but we were the only customersAnd they don't give you sauce with your chicken. You have to pay 80 cents per cup if you want anything to dip the chicken strips in.I don't see this place making it the way they're going. Sad- I used to really love their food.
