Wingstop - Overland

Great team work! Always nice when I walk in to pick up my order. They do a great job! My toe favorite place. We eat here a lot.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional establishment I 've visited in a long time.The cursing at each other and name calling was absolutelyridiculous! I called my order of 6 Buffalo wings, fries, and a drink in at 10:16pm. By 11pm, I was over it. Those children are so rude and unprofessional. The young lady the manager called light skin forgot to put my order in after I had already been waiting 20 minutes. After I heard the manager say, did you put Tayler order in? I asked if they were just now putting my order in. The young lady said yes, with no remorse. I was so upset. I waited for an apology that never came. After 20 more minutes, I decided to leave. I will not give my money to people that treat me this way. There was only one person that was professional and helpful the whole time and her name was Felicia. I will never visit this establishment again and I encourage others not to as well. They have to learn to value their customers that keeps them employed.

It takes Wingstop in Overland an additional 45 minutes after telling me my order was ready for MY ORDER TO BE READY. Furthermore why would a worker think it's okay to mop under the table (wait for it) WHILE I'M SITTING AT SAID TABLE. My wait time was never acknowledged nor an apology given.

Do not order from here. I placed an order an hour and half ago and they still can’t complete it, when I called they said all of their chicken was “frozen”! No one there cares at all. Do NOT ORDER FROM

Lemon pepper chicken had a strong orange tasting flavor in the seasoning.. Hawaiian flavored chicken was good. Customer service was good.
