Wine Bunker - Overland Park

Owner was mean. Wayyy over priced $150+ for 9 half full glasses of wine and two tiny bags of popcorn. Owner insisted we watch the Iowa game because his son played for their team, and not a different sports team that ussss the customersssss wanted to watch for the $150!!! We paid him for our night out. Terrible, if I could sue I would. Shut him down. Owner was trying to pick up women while we watched. Could have bought 7 bottles of decent wine for the amount paid. Perfect place for a date night, a meet up with a friend,or even just to have a glass(or flight) alone. Kathy and Travis the commander are amazing and Hannah is great for helping you pick out a delicious glass of wine. They have wines that you most likely have never heard of,but also have many that you may recognize. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My husband and I visit often

A great experience for a wine enthusiast! You can find wine categories you have not heard of and explore regions not typically represented by other places. Travis, the owner, is available to answer any questions and make excellent suggestions. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. The place also offers small bites to complement the wine experience.

The wine list is extensive, covering most appellations and grapes. The wines we had were very good but I didn’t recognize most of the producers on the list. Fun, creative flights. The service was friendly and attentive. She seemed somewhat knowledgeable about the wines. It is nice that most of the wines on the list can be ordered by the bottle or glass.
