Subway - Overland Park

The only reason I’m giving this restaurant one star is that there’s no option for zero stars. I waited for over an hour, and there was only one person working. The music had terrible lyrics, he kept answering the phone while customers were waiting, and more than ten people walked out. He was incredibly slow and not helpful at all. When someone asked if he could make two sandwiches at the same time, he said he could only do one at a time, despite the sandwiches being exactly the same. The only reason I stayed was that my daughter specifically requested Subway, and I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone, wanting to see what would happen after I had already invested 15 minutes.

This restaurant has an excellent underground location. The service was outstanding and catered to my personal requests. The space, including the tables, floors, and restrooms, was clean and well-organized. The vegetables used to stuff my sandwich were very fresh. For vegetarians, there are plenty of delicious options available, including jalapeños, hummus, salad, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, and black olives. It's also child-friendly; my kids love the sandwiches, and their cookies are always a hit. There is ample parking available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with wide doors and a ramp that makes it easy to enter. I didn’t notice any issues regarding dietary restrictions.

The food is generally good, but the service can be inconsistent, depending on who is serving you. Also, if you open at 8, it would be great to have the bread ready!

The load was not organized and neatly dumped stacked. only had multigrain bread. prep was not done, I asked for gurken and wobbled and was told that they were not suggested! the first subway was and went very unhappy. I do not recommend this subway

Highly do not recommend this subway. noah was being very rude and kept trying to play it off. they put everything away and had no lettuce and other veggie options at 7 pm when they close at 9! As we were leaving he decided to argue with his coworker right in front of us, customer service was terrible.
