Nestle Toll House Cafe By Chip

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I love nestle cookies and was excited to try one from this store location. You can just ask when the cookies were baked instead is ordering and then being unhappy it was baked many hours before. My cookies was good, it was a little expensive for a small cookie but not crazy.

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday....the kid who took my order was incompetent. When I went to pick up the cake — it was completely the wrong type of cake. They took no responsibility for their mistake and even expected me to tip the cake decorator. My kids love cookie cakes, but we need to find a new bakery.

The last time I was here the employees we're really great! One girl with the tie dye scrunchie and the crystals was very helped me and was really sweet and quick! The cookies we're really good!

I was so excited to see Oak Park had a nestle location. My 6 year old was dying for a cookie as we were walking around this past week. The lady working was friendly enough but as I'm sitting there looking at the case there were flies inside the case that held small cupcakes. I told the girl and she took out the tray and took out the one she saw it on and threw it away and then put them back in!!! I will at least give them three stars due to the fact I've never had a problem with Nestle Toll House until this past weekend. I went and purchased 15 Lil Bit of Trouble cookies. my total came up to 32.63.
