They never have their online orders together- like ever. I have been multiple times for doordash orders and every time I’m waiting at least 20 minutes- no exaggeration. This last time I waited 25 minutes and when I asked how much longer it would be they said “it should be out by now”, so they forgot to make the order. I walked into Jersey Mike's during lunch fully anticipating a wait. Ten to twelve people were already in line, and the online orders were outright pouring in. I was willing to wait days for a solid Philly cheesesteak when the chef on the flat top said 20—25 minutes I was ready to wait. They were slammed, in-house was a line twenty people long at this point, standing room only, door dashers picking up orders, it was beautiful chaos. Super friendly staff, clean restaurant, and great food! The hot subs in particular are fantastic and they get you the food pretty quickly!

Great food, great staff, not a place to do lunch if you have sensory sensitivities.
