Jersey Mike's Subs - Overland Park

I have never received a Philly cheese Steak as bad as I just received. The red like grease was pouring out of the sandwich (Giant Size). The bread was completely soggy by the amount of the red grease. In all my years eating at JM I have never received one with this red nasty grease. The sandwich was terrible tasting and I had to throw out the other half. Very Disappointed.

I can't give less than one star- but we were refused service at 7:45 pm last night, along with two other groups trying to eat there. The signage says open til 9pm, so we were extremely disappointed. The lights were on, doors opened but when asked the 3 employees there just replied repeatedly and very rudely “we're closed.” I just came from 4 overseas flights- hungry and jetlagged. Welcome to America- SO sad.

I'll be frank. I love their sandwiches and the staff is always friendly. However, consistently (no less than 10x over the past year) they run out of Gluten-Free bread and after waiting in line, do I find out it's out. Not cool, poor communications. Additionally, again still like this place, closing at 6PM due to staffing. So, I find myself frequently skipping due to poor consistency.

Have tried to come here twice around 6:45-7pm for subs. Both times they were randomly closed. 6 employees there but they had a hand written sign on the door. The second time was especially frustrating because there was another customer in the store at it was 6:55. Odd… I won’t be coming back.

Goodcents was the go-to. Jerseys took the crown… easily.
