Ordered 10 oz top sirloin, medium. Chef did a good job on the hot pink center. Sides were Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. All delicious. Had calamari as a starter, very delicious.

Had dinner there tonight. Food was great and the service from Saint John was superb. Could not have asked for a better server. Food and drinks never ran out and his recommendations were spot on. Enjoyed the evening!! Highly recommend J Gilberts wood fired steak seafood!!
