Garozzo's Overland Park

Went to Garozzo’s for a special Christmas birthday and, as always, it did not disappoint! The perfect evening!

Amazing food and service! Markus, our waiter, did everything right and beyond! Good to see Mr. Garozzo at the restaurant too.

Our waitress was fabulous. The food was not what I have been used to. And, well the worst part was the fact the booth we were sitting in toppled over when my husband got up to use the bathroom. The booth seating area was not secured to the floor (we were not aware of that) and when he leaned on it to get up it went flying, causing him to hit his head on the floor while crashing into the other guests table across the way. Wait staff and management were helpful in getting him off the floor. He was then checked out by our doctor and thankfully was ok. It could have been much worse. I had requested a table when we arrived (had a reservation on the books for weeks) but were told none were available. We’ve been going to Garozzo’s for over 25 years and this by far, was the worst experience.

Overall superb dining experience celebrating our son's birthday! Max was our server and provided excellent customer service, thank you.

A great secret. Not the trendy, latest and greatest fad. Better than that. A nice place to relax, share a meal and celebrate.
