Definitely one of the more affordable meal prep services while still being DELICIOUS! I?ve been curious so I dropped in yesterday. Grabbed a $5 grab and go (presumably on its last day, but it was going to be lunch anyway). I?m trying to stay relatively low carb through the weekdays and they actually had a low carb option-mini meatloaf (with some delicious sauce, idk what it was), sweet potatoes and broccoli. Everything tasted REALLY good! On recommendation from the woman at the counter, I microwaved covered for two minutes and it was perfect! It?s a ten minute drive from my office, but totally worth it. Friendly and helpful people, delicious and healthy options. I will definitely be back!

Great solution for family member on a special diet. Sometimes they are closed during posted business hours which can be frustrating. It?s happened to me twice so now I call ahead. The shepherds pie seems to be the family favorite. We are sad they are moving locations. Hope they open another space in OP soon.
