Five Guys - Overland Park

Showed up about 30 min before close with a craving for some fries and no one in sight and looked like it had long been closed. Apparently the giant sign saying open till 10 everyday was not accurate

I have been two times and the burger patties are dry and tasteless. Hope you like them well done! Usually it is not that way but at Oak Park it seems to be. I would hit another one that knows how to cook.

I went on a Friday night at about 6:30 PM. I’ve been to this location before and it is fairly slow but I like five guys burgers a lot. Tonight there were about seven people in line. The cashier leaves to go help with the burgers and I am about two people back. He doesn’t say a word to anyone just leave to go help. The manager comes out and begins helping well. Nobody says a word to the people in line. I wait 17 minutes and no cashier and no one I said a word. So I leave and I’m late for my kids … – show

So happy that this place is back open. Love the vibe here have ordered thru the website and picked up in store. 1st order went smoothly. 2nd order was glitched out of system. But store manger went above getting it resolved. Big thanks to all the guys that made me one of the freshest, cheese burger i have had in a long long time. Will be going back for sure. Keep it up!!

Damn good fries…burgers are decent also, but those fries! Such WOW!
