Firehouse Subs - Overland Park

Very friendly staff and my sandwich was perfect. It tasted great and was perfectly toasted. I also like supporting our local first responders and fire departments. You are given the option to round up your total and those monies go to purchase equipment and other gear for local departments that may not be available due to budget constraints. It was a great experience.

This Firehouse is AMAZING! I eat out everyday and have not found a restaurant that is going to the extreme measures to make sure that they are following safety guidelines; all that and the BEST customer service that I have ever seen. The employees welcomed me and were very happy, upbeat and friendly even though they were VERY busy. The dining area was clean as could be for as busy as they were. While I was there 3 different people walk in that the staff new by name, one guy said he's been coming to this location for 3 years and drives past another Firehouse to come here. I even saw one of the girls help an older man get out to his car with his food. This is my new favorite place to eat!

I had the best experience today at this Firehouse! Robin was here and was training one of their employees and did a great job! She was so patient and did an excellent job with the gentleman in training! Super impressed with the cleanliness, friendly service and food quality! Will definitely be back to this location!

I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to this restaurant in Kansas City. The decor immediately caught my eye, and the dining area was spotless. The sandwiches were delicious; I ordered the hook and ladder while my friend had the steamer. Both sandwiches came on great whole wheat bread, and the hook and ladder had a tasty sauce. They also had a fun hot sauce bar where you could customize your sandwich even more. The staff was professional, service was quick, and I appreciated that a team member checked in on our meal. They had a wide selection of items, including soup and salad. We spent $14 on sandwiches and beverages. A unique aspect of this restaurant is that they are a Community Contributor, which I found admirable. I highly recommend checking it out!
