Chick-fil-a - Overland Park

We waited in line forever and my food was barely warm when I got it. I ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup for $8 and got one singular piece of chicken. I basically ate a bowl of beans and tortilla strips. It is also annoying that they close at 9pm now.

I ordered on the ap and picked up in drive thru. Staff very courteous and helpful

The staff were amazing! And the good was delicious!! It was my first time eating there and will definitely go back!!!

Since this store reopened after the remodel it has went completely downhill and the quality is terrible and there are always items missing. Ordered a cob salad and a lemonade and the lemonade didn’t even make an appearance and the salad was terrible with huge chunks of hard stems that were not edible and a lack luster of chicken. For the price I’m paying for this there shouldn’t be any issues with my food. Take a look at that photo and tell me that’s edible salad. Smh what a joke!

Just visited this with my daughter after remodeling, very clean and staff are still very energetic!
