I think I was unlucky. I'm from São Paulo, and I passed by there with my family, on a Thursday night. The place was crowded, perhaps due to a high school graduation that had taken place. I think one waiter to serve twelve tables is not enough. The account doesn't close (excuse the pun). The waiter appeared to take our orders exactly 32 minutes after we sat down at the table. But after that, the food didn't take long. There was the waiter in the dining room, a receptionist at the counter who seemed to be taking delivery orders, a man at the register (who looked like an owner or manager), the pizza chefs in the glass kitchen, and another woman at the counter who, honestly, I don't know who that he was doing there (that he could help the waiter at the tables, in my opinion, but he didn't; he just stayed there). Take a good look: it's not the waiter's fault for the delay, who, by the way, was very friendly; It's the owner's fault. Another unpleasant thing: we decided to order a beer, in the absurd heat, which arrived at the table hotter than gossip from afternoon TV shows. I swear I thought about returning the full bottle to the waiter, but as I had already complained about the delay to my family, I was afraid I would seem too annoying. However, the pizza is good (thank God the pepperoni is not without cheese, which in São Paulo is, perhaps due to some economic scam by the São Paulo pizza chefs that became the rule; the pepperoni with cheese in SP they call it Tuscan). The food is good, but not worth the trouble. I won't go back there on my next visit to the city.
