Reuniao - Ourém

We were looking for a place to eat on a damp Wednesday evening and stubbled on this place. The prices were very reasonable, the service was fast and polite and the food was great. I had the octopus which was very good. The whole experience was very positive. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was part of the hotel I believe. It has a varied menu and is available in Portuguese and English. We found the prices on the menu to be affordable. The wine was particularly good and only 7 Euros. The only thing we didn't appreciate was being served with a selection of appetizers, including a small cheese, olives, bread and butter etc., without being informed that they were chargeable! It was only when the bill arrived that we discovered that we had been charged approx 10 Euros extra. Be aware of this tactic all over Portugal. It is a Tourist Trap.

For the food alone I'd give this place one star, but the kind and excellent service together with a very reasonable price level drags it up to 3. Floury fries and world most boring unseasoned salads recognize the Portuguese kitchen, but on top of that we here got rubbery picanha and ice cold rice.

Espaço muito agradável, onde o distanciamento social é preservado. A comida é muito bem confeccionada e o atendimento é muito simpático. Recomendo vivamente os bifes de perú e a carne de porco assada no forno.

Comida incrível, incrível, a carne cozinhada na perfeição, tal como o ovo, as pernas fritas, incríveis, o preço equilibrado e as sobremesas, variedade muito boa, muito bem decoradas, os menus, limpos, agradáveis. Sorvetes muito deliciosos.
