Bidrage med feedbackI spent a few days in Fatima as part of a larger trip to Portugal and my wife (which is from China) wanted some Chinese food. We searched and found this restaurant not far from the Fatima Basilica. You need to look... it's on the base level, but your search will be well rewarded. We have eaten twice here (we will probably go again) and the food was delicious. I'm a white man and I like the food, and she's Chinese and she thinks that the food is great. So far we had 3 different soups and enjoyed all (won ton, hot and sour, and 3 flavor soup) We also ate 4 different dishes and liked them all too: sweet and sour pork, beef with green pepper, roasted noodle with mixed vegetables and a mixed vegetable dish. I like the foods are not oily and not too salty. All vegetables seemed fresh, portions are quite large. Although the restaurant is in the basement, it is spacious, well illuminated and clean with real tablecloths It's worth a visit.
After a long walk and a mass hungry in Chinese. Just a few minutes walk from the church, we were blown away how good it was. The place was empty, so I was skeptical. The food took a while, but came so hot and fresh tasting, I wish there was a Chinese place in Los Angeles. We'd go back if it's not in the middle of nowhere Fatima. You'd be better in Lisbon. The lady who runs everything is so beautiful and smiles:) Prices are very reasonable.
Great cook with warm personality. Everything was nice, not too oily or salty. Great for our Chinese taste buds including our older parents. The restaurant can be hard to find because it is 1 level down. We discovered it when we were on Fatimah tram, near the southern side of Fatimah Shrine. Soup was nice, so the pan was roasted dumplings, sweet acid fish and stir fried chicken. Price was very reasonable, we spent 70 euros for a family of 8. We ordered 6 dishes and Chinese tea. Service was fast, although there was only 1 Pax in the restaurant, he was the chef and gave great recommendations for his dishes. Too bad we were in Fatimah last night. I wish we could try the rest of his specialties.
