Starbucks - Ottumwa

The worst Starbucks I have ever been in. They are always running out of product and each barista makes your coffee different. I suggest crossing the river and enjoy your latte at the south side location.

I always enjoy my experiences at any Starbucks location. I have different moods at different times of the day which changes my cravings and the staff is great at suggesting different options that's less overwhelming.

Amazing baristas, if you don't know what you really want to drink they're usually pretty good about narrowing down the options based on what you like.

This Starbucks is nice but a very small in store style. It 's a relatively small kiosk style (such as in airports). Nice staff, some food options. They are quick and did a great job with my drink! If you 're looking for a Full Starbucks you 'll be disappointed. But if you looking to get your Starbucks fix this will certainly do the trick!

Didn't get any food so I can't rate that. But I love Starbucks. And everyone there is friendly and know what they are doing. ??
