Can't go to Ottumwa without stopping by the Recover Room for a tenderloin. Thick white meat breaded enough for a crisp crunch served on a bun gently hanging over. Served up with french fries that are crisp right from the fryer. Thank you, crew, for never disappointing us from our drive down from Des Moines. My husband says it's the BEST open faced tenderloin, mashed potatoes, white country gravy w/ green beans- special around! Wed, Sat Sundays only.
