Pottsville Pizzeria

The original pizzeria in the area. I've been enjoying their pizza for what feels like forever, and I think there have been a couple of different owners over the years. If you place a slice from this place next to any local competitor, I'd choose theirs every time.

Sometimes I simply crave pizza from Pottsville Pizzeria. The pizza is served at the perfect temperature, and my order was filled quickly. The staff is friendly and they efficiently serve both call-in orders and walk-in customers. There's also a small area if you prefer to eat in. I really enjoy their subs as well! They strike a perfect balance between cold cuts and veggies.

I really enjoy their pizza and subs, but I noticed the prices have increased—36 dollars for a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and two subs. Unfortunately, my pizza was undercooked, and the meatball sub was burnt. I won't be returning.

I absolutely love Pottsville Pizzeria! This place holds a special place in my heart with so many fond memories from my childhood. Whether it was enjoying a slice at the local pool, little league baseball games, or other community events, Pottsville Pizzeria was always a part of my life growing up. I try to stop by for a slice every time I pass through while living the van life, and it never disappoints. The pizza is consistently delicious, and it brings back all those nostalgic memories with each bite. I was thrilled to be in town for their 75th anniversary celebration, which was a fantastic event and a great time. The turkey sub I got on the way out was also delicious! If you're ever in Pottsville, do yourself a favor and stop by for a slice at Pottsville Pizzeria. It's a true gem that has been bringing joy to the community for decades!

This is our favorite Pizza place. It's clean, cozy and the service is great. We usually get take out but will dine in once in a while.
