Taqueria la Bonita - Ottawa

Omg I love this place, the best Mexican food in Ottawa, great place, all the food is delicious and the deserts to die for (I just want to the desert can be more bigger because they are so good)

Any better you'll have to go to Mexico. This is real Mexican cooking. I went to La Bonita for the first time with my family this past weekend and we were all impressed. My Chicken Enchiladas Verdes served with rice, re-fried beans, and shredded lettuce with crumbled cow's milk cheese were amazing, and my wife's Chicken Mole Enchiladas were very good. Their drinks menu features premium spirits in very original combinations and impressive presentations. The atmosphere was laid back. It paired well with the heavily decorated walls and Latin music playing lightly in the background. Casual to semi-formal attire is fine for the occasion. PS. I'm going back. ^ ^

Thanks to the management, our wonderful server Gift and the cooks of Taqueria La Bonita for helping us with the celebration of my 75th birthday. We had great food, delicious drinks and Mariachi music by Los Paisanos!

Wonderful ambiance with music and art from all over Mexico, and lots of colourful textiles. Big drink menu with a huge tequila selection. Very good tacos, burritos, and quesadillas on our visit we tried the pollo alhambre and the barbacoa beef. Best flan I have had in Ottawa! I will definitely be back! Gracias!
