Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We sampled the 'Great Canadian Summer Fest', the quarter chicken special and the side ribs special. Both came on amply filled plates with the meat, lots of fries, a small portion of cole slaw, a roll and a piece of corn. The meal was served hot with tender meat, the corn a bit of a disappointment (not very young and a bit overcooked). We received a prompt welcome and good service. The Toblerone bar is a welcome touch for chocolate lovers. The renovations give the restaurant a nice clean look.

The food was cold and uncooked ordered the crispy chicken first piece was good but a little gresy the second peice was not coooked through very disappointed

That premise looks like renovated. The food is always good wherever you go. But Viktoria can make the difference. I've never seen good service from her and all the team. They take care of you just like a king.

Stayed at the hotel and I ordered a soup and chicken with fries. Food came 1 hour and 20 minutes late.I got no spoon, no salt and pepper, but 5 small cups with butter! I did not order any bread! The food was cold and average testing. I will never eat from this restaurant again, there are so many other places out there

Best Hot Chicken Sandwich anywhere in Ottawa.Lots of french fries and a good plate of gravy.Clean restaurant and good service.
