This location charges more than others, and the debit machine prompts you for a tip.Their idea of toasting your sandwich is heating it just enough to melt the cheese, bread is still soft.

This place is very budget-friendly, but their portions of meat, especially in the chicken teriyaki footlong, are surprisingly small compared to other Subway locations. When I inquired about this, I didn't receive a response. I won't be returning. Additionally, they charge extra for vegetables on your sub, which is disappointing. I will not be visiting again.

Ordered a meatball marina and basically they did not put much sauce into it. I call and they said you have to call Uber. Manager was unhelpful and poor customer service.

This used to be my preferred Subway location, but now I am disappointed with the service. The manager only has one person working during the evenings, resulting in long wait times. On my most recent visit, the worker stopped taking orders to fulfill an Uber order, prioritizing them over the customers in the store. Additionally, it is clear that the staff have not completed the required Subway University training, as they do not close the sandwiches properly. As someone with 5 years of experience working at Subway, I wish I could go back and help improve their efficiency and quality of sandwiches.

We came in around midnight and it’s open until 2 am. We cannot use the washroom. It makes no sense.
