Schnitzel Works - Ottawa

What a gem! Delicious schnitzel sandwiches $13 and platters $21. The sandwiches are so huge they should be shared. <br/ <br/ The food was delicious and good value for money.

Tucked in the industrial park on Cyrville road, you could easily miss Schnitzel Works if you weren’t looking for it. A classic lunch spot, it is not open for dinner, except for Saturday. The restaurant is small, maybe 20 seats. It has a bit of a dinner feel to it, very casual.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The sandwiches are massive, with the schnitzel overflowing the bun. The staff is welcoming and the prices are very reasonable. My only complaint is that they don't serve dinner, or else I would definitely be a regular customer.

This place serves the best lunch ever! It's one of the best kept secrets in the East end. Every time I visit, the food is fresh and delicious, made with love. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Their sandwiches are incredible and their baked goods, like homemade donuts and rum balls, are to die for. I've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all super tasty. I've been coming here for over 3 years and it's always been consistently amazing.

Great. Lots of food for a cheap price. Love this place, just wish it were open on Sundays.
