Don't get to Ottawa very often so after shopping at big Mall close by, we crossed the street to have Vietnamese Pho soup.

Good food but I've never seen such horrendous customer service. The woman serving me barely looked at me and didn't even say thanks when I gave her a tip, which I didn't have to do because it was take out

Very good food, express service. Very good food. I usually have the seafood pho and was never disappointed. Their service is super fast at lunch time, which is very convenient. Not the type of place you would take a date to, but if you want good food at a reasonable price, this might be the place for you.
