Kfc - Ottawa

I have been here numerous times. The food is always good and the staff are always quick and courteous. Its a take out only location.

I am so glad that I did NOT take the bad reviews into account. I just enjoyed a kfc dinner and it was amazing. I placed my order by phone for delivery and was treated to a very helpful girl named Tanya and she was very pleasant. My order was delivered in the time by a very nice fellow. Everything was fresh and as I requested and very, very delicious! I wish that I could eat more but I am looking forward to leftovers.Please note: This order was delivered.

Service was slow, product was so dried up it was not edible ,also the chicken was not warm, the place could use a good cleaning and need modernization.

The chicken I had was terrible. Everything I had was terrible. I had to wait three hours for chicken. Don't come to this restaurant. It was also way too greasy.

Usually the locations are empty, too much batter, and way to greasy. Try peeling the skin back and let your napkins soak up the grease (or lard...which is horrible for your body)
