Bidrage med feedbackI really enjoy this restaurant! It's conveniently located near my workplace, so I frequently recommend it to my colleagues when we're trying to decide on a place for a lunch outing.
The waitress should consider finding a new job. Serving breakfast for a hockey team of 25 people at 7:25 is good for business. Would we want to come back? Well, a little more enthusiasm would be appreciated. P.S.
Beer from the bar is unusual for me, but after the spinach salad and jambalaya, I can't afford to drink more of a salad and a good bar.
I truly enjoyed the food at this place, it was so yummy! I would really like to come back here and I absolutely recommend the place!
Had a big day of running around, my friend and I were starved and needed somewhere close to eat before or next appointment. We decided to eat here..........I've been to other Johnny Canucks before for breakfast and it was really good. So they let us sit wherever, of course I choose the coldest spot in the restaurant. We were greeted by a pleasant waitress that seemed to know her stuff and was prompt at getting us our drink........and that's where the positive stops. So we get the menu and I was gonna get breakfast but changed my mind and got lunch. I ordered what I thought was the Canuck burger but ended up pointing at the house burger and I also got a "Montreal style French onion soup. My friend got the Mediterranean wrap with rice. We got our sugar water with brown tint and a lemon on the side quite quickly. I couldn't believe how sweet the ice tea was, it was like put you in a diabetic coma sweet. (Regardless if you are diabetic or not). Finally after about 20 min we get our food. My friend said nothing too terrible about her wrap and rice other than it was tough and tasteless. Myself on the hand have a whole lot more to say about my food. To start the soup should not be called a soup. Maybe in Montreal the French onion soup is a bowl filled with croutons and a dash of onion water and if that's the case then gross. (Upside, lots of cheese to coat the top).House burger (im not going to repeat what I really said for this part) what I thought was the Canuck burger,Swiss cheese and bacon, is actually cream cheese gravy that is slopped over a greasy on the outside, dry in the inside patty. The bun was soggy and falling apart at the bottom. I took one bite and that was enough for me. On the upside the fries were quite tasty and so was the gravy. My lunch costed $34.00 and all I ate was one bite burger, one bite soup and half my fries and gravy. Almost finished my ice tea but woke up in the hospital from my diabetic coma. (That last part is fictional)
