I was there this past weekend. Ordered the Chicken Parmigiano and sent it back. I didn't like the taste, as it tasted funny. Also, the chicken still looked pink to me. I asked for truffle fries instead, which were decent. Granted they still charged me for the Chicken Parmigiano that I didn't even eat! Plus I was sick all the next day! Won't likely be back!

We did our Christmas shopping today and decided that we would go to Jack Astors for lunch. We ordered beers, they came cold, we ordered our lunch, it came hot. Apparently there was a mixup with our lunch unbeknownst to us. We were eating our lunch and enjoying it when what I assume was a manager came up to us and asked what we had ordered. We told her what we had ordered and she said that we got the wrong thing. We said we had not noticed so no big deal. She insisted she was going to take it off of our bill. We absolutely refused, because again even though it wasn’t exactly what we ordered, we were happy. Even though we refuse they still took it off our bill. I think this is amazing customer service, so we tipped accordingly. I will 100% go back to this location, it is managed with customer service in mind.
