Hometown Sports And Grill - Ottawa

I have eaten at Hometown several times for networking meetings and each time the food has been quite good.

The face lift makes they please look very nice when you walk inHowever it goes down hill from thereWe went there for breakfast.

Cockroach at my table to start , ordered french toast cinnanin on it tasteless bread , kept bothering me coffee which was ok , at least not like local heroes the bus boy person getting dishes did not hover over me , I don't find this restuarant caters to solo people groups and friends people all around you , I find wait time slow over 30 minutes , at least washroom the latch can lock in stall mens washroom , restaurant does have wifi , what do the waitress do?? she has guys serve breakfast and take it away , plus others coffee , plus hostess front menu/cutlery I will not come back

Horrible experience. I was a previous huge supporter of hometown and always enjoyed going there. But I would not recommend anyone to go there. Management and kitchen staff are definitely sub-par, and just don't seem to care about the service or product they are serving.

Service was terrible, had to ask for water and cutlery constantly.Food was awful and ridiculously overpriced and my order was wrong.Mixed drinks didn't seem to have alcohol in them, kind of a rip off.If you're going for the games, the TV's are all poor quality and differently calibrated.
