Fratelli Restaurants - Ottawa

1). a reservation made in person three days ago. at arrival on 17th October. I said there was no reservation. a review of the accounting plan showed my name scratched. after a discussion we were offered a table in. hot and loud loft. 2. My seafood linguine was hardly warm. the waiter ignored my commentary. the court had only a total of three large garnels and eight mushles. there are five Italian restaurants in the Canta/Stittsville area. I ordered the same court at everyone. this court was absolutely the worst.

I was here with a group of friends for her birthday. we were a group of teenagers and wanted to try out a new place. the food was overly expensive, 26$ for a pasta that did not taste better than a bought from the store....The waiter took 50 minutes just to take our order, and would go and not come again until the end of our meal. during each of our transactions, they would go and not come back for another 20 minutes. it took us almost an hour to pay for our food! While we paid, we've tipped all 15.%, we thought it was a decent tipp for the service we had given. the waiter came back when we wanted and told us we didn't give enough of a tipp. their exact cakes were youre not far to get in life if they don't typ. if they can't afford to tap more, they don't even leave their house. never come back, no one ever wants to serve you with this tipp we were all stunned because there was no reason that this happened. we went home and felt hurt, and our days were ruined. what should be a nice dinner in a restaurant, left the birthday girl in drinking and a waste of 40 dollars from all our pockets. we called the manager afterward, and she was connected to the waiter by stating that she was in the right place, and that we had tipped more, but we were all aware that 15% was the norm for most waiter, she wasn't even so exceptionally good at her job. I will say that the atmosphere was beautiful and romantic, and we even thought that this restaurant for us was a regular, but after this experience we will never come back here again.

This very dark and overly expensive restaurant visited last week. I order a Cesar salad and $26 vegetarian pizza I said I would share with my man. during the meal, my man ordered a refill of the coke and was told by the manager/waxsin. that if he orders more than 2 refills of a small 10oz glass, he is accused. when the bill came the caesar salat was $19.50 and the pizza was $27.50 I called the girl over and questioned the bill. she said it was because she had to share the salat on teller, and that the pizza was exactly what it cost. I said you didn't tell me it costs more. I asked her to remove this from the bill and she became extremely aggressive and really angry and took the bill and told me to go a man and never come back. I can now see why they attack the customers who want to go to such a place with such a wut. we landed on a bill for over $75.00, because the number was unreasonable and refused to withdraw $2. I really call that stupid, and yes, I will never go back and propose no other.

I had spaghetti pomodoro with bolognese sauce. my wife had lasagne and loved it. large portions. outdoor terrace and internal kitchen.

The service is good, but the food varies from average to really unacceptable. I ordered two pasta dishes for my wife and I on the weekend and had to send them both back, it totally ruined the evening. If an Italian restaurant cannot produce a...good Alfredo or Carbonara then something is really wrong. The manager did comp our salad and wine but the evening was a waste and that's why I will never go back.
