Cornerstone Grill - Ottawa

We each ordered the lava stone meal with various skewers. The food was decent, but nothing remarkable. The skewers were quite small, leaving us feeling unsatisfied. On a positive note, we enjoyed a lovely table on the patio and spent most of our time observing the staff flirt with each other from the bar. This restaurant has potential, as shown by their creative lava stone concept, but the chef needs to raise the bar.

After enduring 45 minutes of the worst customer service we've ever encountered, we decided to leave.

We enjoyed the lava stone meal, which came with a variety of skewers. The food was good, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the skewers were also quite sparse, leaving us feeling a bit hungry. We had a lovely table on the terrace and spent much of our time watching the staff rush around the bar. This restaurant has great potential, particularly with its quirky lava stone concept, but the chef needs to elevate the experience.

After 45 minutes of the worst customer service we have ever experienced that we have gone out.

Overall everything was really good. But unfortunately 2 out of 6 people had stomach issues right after dinner. Our fun night out ended up ending early due to this.
