Best curry goat I’ve had in Ottawa! I’ll be back, hopefully soon.

A nice clean spot in a strip mall, tried the curry goat and the red snapper (since I mean, its in the name). Red snapper had been stored in the fridge and when it was reheated, wasnt crunchy, skin was soggy. The pickled onions were good. The curry goat dish had good taste, but unfortunately, the cut of the goat was cut so small that there was alot of bone slivers in the sauce (see bone slivers on plate). It was tough to have a full bite without having to comb through to insure no bones were going to be swallowed, but the sauce was good. Bones were cut so small, there was any marrow to get to either. The plantains were not cooked with much care as you can see from the plate. Not sure if I got the bottom of the pot or it was the end of the day, but was really looking forward to a nice fulfilling meal and instead got a meal that had to be cautiously eaten.

Looks they are shut down for good ! I will miss your fried chicken !

Food is almost always delicious! We love eating here. The only thing that should be noted is that after dinner rush hour times, the food tends to be dry and not the same great quality as earlier in the day. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
