Subway - Ottawa

Terrible service and unhygienic. Ordered two sandwiches and they made it on the wrong bread. Went back inside and politely asked if they could remake it. The two employees were difficult and had an attitude (even though it was their mistake?? . They were speaking in a language that I happened to speak so I know what they were saying Lady proceeds to toast the correct bread, and uses her hands to scoop out all the ingredients from the old sandwich into the “new” one. Genuinely have never seen this in my life. Would have taken her 30 seconds to just remake it, instead of scooping it using her hands.

The worst subway store ever. Literally the worst. I don’t have minus ratings to give unfortunately otherwise even they would be more for this store. Firstly I don’t understand, every time I order from the application, my orders go to this store. Secondly, their associates either don’t know how to make the sandwiches or they’re just too incompetent and careless to make them. Every time I order, I make sure to select grilled and toasted but the sandwiches are never grilled and there’s always something or the missing in the sandwiches. The HIGHLIGHT OF THIS STORE: WHEN YOU CALL THIS STORE AND TRY TO EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEMS, THE ASSOCIATES ON CALL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CUT THE CALLS ON YOUR FACE AND WALK AWAY. I SERIOUSLY WONDER HOW ON EARTH IS THIS STORE RUNNING. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE. IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN PLEASE SHUT THE STORE. YOU’RE NOT WORTH IT!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND DOES NOT COMPARE TO OTHER SUBWAYS. Extremely rude, very dirty and food is not to subway standard. Save yourself the hassle. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really delicious subs and friendly employees. I like this place.

Their restaurant is super clean and spotless. They make my sandwiches very well and carefully. Every sandwiches I had there was super delicious. This is my go to subway. The employees are always super nice and friendly.
