Brussel sprout salat was flash fried with fresh cut jalapeños — delish! enoki roll was good, but hard on the rice.

Was impressed by the amount of vegan options they have. had the impossible burger who is not difficult to come, but they made it better to use grilled squash and paprika. it was delicious and nice to have something different than the usual cut tomatoes above.

All menu items at this restaurant are clearly labeled for vegetarian and vegan options. I tried the Spring Rolls and the Vegan Chicken 'Sushi and both were delicious! I am updating my previous rating as of May 3, 2021.

The Brussels sprout salad was delicious, flash roasted with fresh jalapeños. The enoki roll was tasty but had too much rice.
