Taco Bell - Ottawa

Staff has gotten better over the past couple of months and wait time has reduced. They get the order right and are friendly each time.

Just ok. I let the employee that the Pepsi was not right in the machine. She told me that it was fine. We had chips and cheese. The chips were old and tasted like diesel fuel. After the Pepsi issue I didn’t not say anything about the chips.

Disgusting! Meat tasted like week old grease, lettuce was brown, the whole thing tastes like chemical! Just gross.

The food was fresh and the service was quick. We went thru drive thru and In the past we never got fresh food or even the right thing we ordered. So this place has improved tremendously over the last 6 months. Will definitely be stopping here more frequently now.

One of the cleaner Taco Bells to eat at. Some menu items are missing compared to other locations.
