Bidrage med feedbackToday my unforgettable memory is in my 8days Kyoto Trip.: Since a strong tiphoon comes tonight, I find Oshokuji Dokiro Nishio still open and gave me a super good service when I go in, The food is amazing and after our conversations, Find that this is the fourth generation restaurant! Before I left, the boss gives me a dinner box that only worries me that I can't find food at night because of the extremely bad weather, I think that what they serve was not just about good food, but with everything that kindness heart, I'll say that is my most delicious Oya Ko Donburi I had tried in my life Thank you Nishio!
My wife and I stay very close and are very happy to have found this sweet, wonderful restaurant. People are very nice and the cook is very courteous. We speak very little Japanese but have no problem finding dishes that we love because all are delicious! We often come to this place in the coming weeks!
I am so glad that I accidentally found this restaurant during my visit to the Lake Biwa Canal for the night view of cherry blossom. My wife and I stayed at Kyoto for five days and resulting in spending three nights at this restaurant. Menu is only in Japanese but with photos, you may also ask the chef as he can explain to you in English. Staff are extremely nice, food is amazing and the price is very cheap. The spaghetti and doria served with salad (best salad in my life), dessert and coffee. I personally highly recommend to try the doria. You may need to wait 10-20 mins (depends on how many customers) before serving of salad and food but definitely worth waiting. And the entrance has some cute hand-made adorable souvenir you may want to take a look. If I have any chance to visit Kyoto again, will definitely go here again.
Friendly staff and very good food, quite different from typical Japanese classics.
Had late lunch before visiting the nearby Miidera temple. Thanks to all the reviewers, I had a good lunch after visiting Enryakuji temple complex.
