Subway - Oswego

I have never had a more disgusting sandwich, or worse customer service from any other Subway location, the sandwich is literally going in the trash. I ordered online for delivery while I 'm stuck at work, and I paid for both sliced and smashed avocado and asked for less dressing. The sandwich came with no avocado and was completely drenched in dressing. When I called the store, the very rude woman who answered the phone insisted that she put smashed avocado on the sandwich but told me they don 't carry sliced avocado. (As you can see in the photos there is zero avocado of any kind). I asked why I was charged for something they don 't even carry and reiterated that the smashed avocado was also missing and she yelled Well what do you want me to do about it? I told her I would like a refund since I didn 't get what I paid for and she replied that she can 't do a refund but she can remake the sandwich. I agreed and told her that they can deliver a new sandwich and she said that they can 't redeliver and I 'd have to come pick it up...if I was able to leave work I wouldn 't have paid an extra $10 for delivery to begin with. She then told me to dispute the charge with my credit card and hung up, this person needs to be fired immediately. (And as a bonus, the churro was cold and chewy, it was like trying to bite into a shoe and my cookie was missing).

This store in the plaza must be going out of business or something. They never have lettuce anymore, and have substituted it with some form of green leaves, not sure what it was, but lettuce it was not. Yesterday my wife stopped in to get me a tuna sub, no tuna, lettuce, or provolone cheese. So she ordered a Boss series sub, that is a meatball sub with pepperoni on it, and guess what, no mozzarella cheese either. Whoever is in charge of this place is letting it die a slow pitiful death.

June 4th 2023 5pm. There 's a heavy set, short, female working in this location who is extremely rude. I 've never seen anything like this. Avoid this location (near old JCP) we are out of lettuce so if that 's a problem leave, I don 't want to get done and have anyone refuse to pay . When I saw her working I almost walked out, now I wish I would have. Go to Oswego Subshop. Cost more but they appreciate customers. How these people aren 't fired is beyond me. Bad employees reflect bad management.

There is no heat in the building. The two young girls were shivering. It's 31 degrees outside and 45 inside, it's winter, not acceptable for them.
