Apparently they are closed??? Ordered from DoorDash and they could not get in the building!!! Had problems getting my money back and went to the location to be greeted by locked doors unreal!!!! Don't waste your time or money.

I have been to this location about 10 times since they have opened. I absolutely love cold hoagie sandwiches and have given them the opportunity to live up to their so called reputation.I have tried a few sandwiches and they have a really weird, almost sick taste. I’m not sure if it’s the onions or seasoning ,but it’s just kind of icky all the time. I feel like throwing up because of the spices and onions.The fries are decent but way overpriced and there is no normal size order for 1 person .You can’t walk out of there with fries and a sandwich for a decent price.$20 +I am confident they can do better and I really wish to adjust my review.

Not even close. I drove from Chicago since HOH was closed. This place has worse service than the original and the food isn't close at all. Frozen fries, stale bread on hoagies, too much gristle on the steak sandwich, sauce doesn't taste like HOH and 0 customer service. This name has become synonymous with bad service and iffy food at all locations for way too much money.

We love this place. Service by Jazz was great We had sticky fries, mild sweet steak (petite size is plenty) and Italian beef sandwiches. Topped it off with the most delicious chocolate cupcake in the world. Super place can't wait to try more from their menu give it a try great comfort food

Wow! My husband stopped in first time today. Got me the Chicago Steak Sweet. LOVED the sauce mild). I usually do not finish sandwiches but ate the entire sandwich. Meat was so tender. Hubbie got the Steak Italiano. He loved it. The owner gave him the hot Giardinera. Nice heat! This is our first time and will not be the last. Cannot wait to try the many different items on their menu. Great food !
