Portillo's Oswego

Woozer! The first time here. It was a must. Not disappointed. The beef was amazingly delicate, juicy and tasty. The cheeseries were good and the chocolate cakeshake was from this world. a shake with a piece of cake) service was fast and very friendly. How do more people not know about this place?? If you get the chance, try the food here. It'll be a place where I'll stop.

I'm not typically a fast-food person, but Portillo's is always an exception for me. This visit was particularly busy, and even though we encountered some wait time, my overall experience was very positive. Our car, along with a few others, had to stop while food was delivered to those behind us for a bit. I completely understand the delay, given their intricate and efficient approach to fulfilling orders quickly. However, it would have been nice to get an update or confirmation regarding our delayed orders. As always, the food was excellent!

The food is delicious, and the restaurant is always bustling with activity. It's a fantastic spot for a family dinner! The service is quick, making it perfect for a busy night out. In addition to the hot dogs, you can also enjoy the famous Italian Bratbeef, which has attracted many celebrities!

The restaurant was in top-notch condition, and the staff was attentive and well-presented. Naturally, the food was outstanding. I opted for the meat cup (no bread) with Italian beef and Italian sausage, adding some chili peppers for an extra kick.
