Chili's Grill - Oswego

We come here very frequently as our comfort food place to go to. Service is always friendly and courteous. You are always greeted with a smile. The menu even though uniform across the whole chain of restaurants is always appealing and tastes good.You could sit at the bar and watch one of the many sports channels that are always on.

First time here..and will be our last..my friend had to send her burger back 3 times until they got it right. Waiter never came and asked if I would like a refill on my tea. It was not busy in there at all and I can see why. He told us to come cack in aweek and he would give her a free burger..a week..come on. He should of done it when we were there. Just bad experience. I donot recommend this place.

Service was incredibly slow, and it took ages to place our order. When our drinks finally arrived, they dripped down the glasses, making a mess on both the floor and the table. The waitress just shrugged it off, saying, "Oops, I made a mess," and no one bothered to clean anything up. I understood why the floor was sticky when we came in. The restaurant felt filthy, and I couldn't help but wonder how unsanitary the kitchen must be. As for the food, it was a letdown as well— the salsa tasted old, my avocado was black, and the reheated rice was in poor condition. I hesitated to eat the black beans but ultimately did, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I spent most of the night in the bathroom. Additionally, double-check your bill; we noticed some strange extra charges that didn’t make sense. It felt like they were trying to skim some extra money. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I strongly recommend finding another place to eat or at least consider this warning.

I ordered chicken fajitas online, and I was really disappointed with what I received. It looked like someone’s leftovers tossed into a box—definitely not acceptable! The chicken was both cold and undercooked. They need to improve their standards or consider shutting down.

I ordered the steak fajitas, but the meat seemed more like boiled pot roast that had been slightly crisped around the edges. It didn’t meet my expectations or the restaurant's usual standards. On the positive side, our server was fantastic. I do plan to return, as this was the first disappointing meal I've had there.
