Meyerhoff - Ostrhauderfehn

My colleague and I were in the area for work. And all I can say is it was a world class experience. You can't give that many stars. It started with a warm welcome, a welcome beer and personal introduction to the room. This was further increased by the absolutely open and courteous manner of the operator during our dinner. In 20 years of field service, I have never felt as at home and in good hands as I did in this hotel. We also ate in the in-house restaurant. The kitchen was at the same service level as the rest of the house. Since the operator thought I would fall off the meat, he recommended the lumberjack steak. This came with soup and salad as a starter and a delicious dessert. I can say that after that I was completely full. On the day of departure my colleague had breakfast and said there was a bit of everything and the service in the morning (I think it was the operator's mother) was also excellent. When I checked out I felt like I was with my grandma because the good lady said oh boy you can't leave without breakfast or at least have a coffee. But I was still so full from the night before that nothing could go in. The rooms and sanitary areas were absolutely clean and well maintained. Another highlight were the multi-charging cables that were available everywhere. E.g. in the room and in the restaurant Price/performance: outstanding There was a large parking lot where we could easily park our 16 ton truck All in all a really great experience. Really great family business Some hotels should follow the Mayerhoff team as an example. And if I ever find myself in the area again for business or pleasure, I'd be happy to come back. In Ostrhauderfehn we booked a 5-day Hoopers seminar with HoopDog and chose the Hotel Meyerhoff because of its proximity. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Meyerhoff senior. We welcomed our dog with a bowl of water and we with a drink, absolutely magical! Mr. Meyerhoff personally showed us our table in the breakfast room, in a corner that was especially quiet for the dog, great! He showed us our beautiful double room in the adjacent building, extra quiet for the dog with parking right in front of the door, simply wonderful! Our personal highlight was the breakfast; we felt excellently looked after. Ms. Meyerhoff Sr. Conjured up the most delicious fried eggs according to our wishes, simply perfect! The stay was very nice for us and we would therefore like to recommend the Hotel Meyerhoff to others. We would like to thank Mr. Meyerhoff and his mother very much for their wonderful hospitality and wish them both continued enjoyment with their guests.

Very clean, decent mattress for a restful sleep. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly people. Gladly again at any time.
