Very fine and balanced sommermenu. sharp and fresh do not have to be contradicted, but pulled like a leitmotif through the entire menu. the sous-vide was especially successful, the cooked scholle (clamping texture) and as always the vegetarian intercourse. a beautiful evening! many thanks!

Excellent and sympathetic kitchen. modern, with exciting combinations and techniques. the young team still lacks something that is light and some comes a little bit tensed over. many thanks for the great evening.

The fact that there was only one menu without alternatives was a new, previously unknown experience for us. the map was a bit different from other gourmet restaurants and we had to surprise ourselves in this respect. this has completely managed to eat and the ambiente as well as the pleasant, insurgent and attentive service have more than fulfilled our expectations. from this cook is still much to be expected in the future.... to our suffering we live too far to go more often there eating. But if we can set it up, we will be happy to visit the boiler house again. it is definitely worth a way around for the gourmet.
