Tim Hortons - Oshawa

Early July 2023 weekday lunch. No mobile order service. Convenient location.

Just a moment ago, four waiters stood there and none of them took my order, (I assume it was a new one) the older aunts worked very enthusiastically and excellently. I have lived here for 6 years countless times and this year I will be handling Oshawa. I have a lot of good memories here. The new staff should really be trained. It sucks.

Small little corner of goodness. The staff are amazing everyday....its incredible to see the same faces all happy to see you....and fast...never disappointed

This location always seems to be busy, which is supposed to be a good thing, but for some reason, every time I go there the customer service is horrible. I don’t know if it’s bc I am a coloured short man, that I am not treated equally(whichI am used to) but today I was literally overlooked at the counter and the employee greeted the next person in line, with no apology. If you don’t wanna work at tims, please just go home. Durhams finest I tell you.

Knife wasn't cleaned off very well when they cut my bagel and I could taste onion cream cheese and I just had a plain buttered bagel cinnamon raisin so that was rather disappointing.
