Pizzaville - Oshawa

Pizzaville pizza is pretty good, very tasty. The crust is not the best, kind of chewy, but the overall flavour is enjoyable. They tend to be a little more expensive than places like Domino's, not many deals. For the record, Domino's is better. But if...you're looking for a change, Pizzaville is an ok choice, much better than Pizza Pizza or Papa John's, that's for sure

I observed employees inside not wearing face coverings. one female on the phone and two males. one male directly in contact with the food making the pzza and the other male was checking them in the oven, this male i observed wiping his...nose with the back of his hand before grabbing the pizza flipper an opening the oven. he also made a comment about how i should be cooking at home if i dont like what i see. at that point i began to record audio of what was happening, then the person making the pizza wnet to the back of the store and cam up with his cell phone in hand and placed it on the counter and said he was recording me. he then continued making pizza without washing his hands

I put in an order for panzerotti with chicken wings as a combo. The panzerotti’s were order the same pepperoni and bacon and both fried, sound of been light sauce as I requested. When my order arrived I received as I ordered...and the other was baked and only basic. I told the driver and he called the store to tell them. After he spoke he passed the phone to me and an oriental lady spoke with me. I told her my concern and she was very rude to me with her response. I don’t think pizzaville would like a representative to speak to customers that way. I called the main number and made a complaint. They said they would rush out a new panzorotti right away. In the meantime as I was eating my meal everything was cold. The worst meal I have had with pizzaville. I hope someone can email me a response to the way my order has been handled. Well now it is now minutes later and I am still waiting on my replacement. That is not a rush order

We Have ordered from pizzaville numerous times, however tonight was a disaster. A Pizza was Missing no big deal they said they would deliver it promptly.... Sauce was missing for the Panzo’s call the store hoping they can deliver with the...missing Pizza) Missing Pizza shows up .... Great! Ah no ... wrong Toppings on pizza... Once again call the store, will resend the pizza with the correct toppings.... Half of the family is now eating... however the toppings in the Panzo’s are completely incorrect.... Still waiting on a missing pizza. Think we will be giving a new pizza joint our business

The pizza is good but I love the deep fried panzerottis to be honest. they're hard to find unless baked. the wings are good too. they have a choice of crispy type coated wings or marinated without and of course sauce of your choice. I'm...always disappointed if wings don't have coating on them so I like having a choice. at the end of the order u also usually get offered free pop. but could change in time. Also...I have a weakness for those yummy lil cakes they have..not home made but sooo good..caramilk and dairymilk...taste like choc cake, with mousse filling and dark choc on top. ohh and a piece of choc bar. We order online and if u make so many orders u get a free pizza...always comes in good timing too
