Mr.sub - Oshawa

Always prefer Mr. Sub to anything else. Been going here a few weeks, haven't had a bad sandwich yet. Keep up the good work.

This location is our 'go to ' but this last visit was so difficult. Go here with patience. I always get the Keto bun toasted before it is loaded. The server continuously argued with me saying they don 't do this and never have. I eventually won that war but then she insisted I let her know all 3 orders ' preferences. I asked her if she was going to remember them to which she said she would...of course she didn 't. She then get angry with me because she said I was confusing her..ugh. this was an extremely exhausting experience.

This is an overall review. I go out of my way to come to this Me Sub because they used to be great. Somethings has changed and slow service is included as well. It is not just for one person yet this time when I asked to get change on my last visit for a bill that was $28.08, I gave her $30.10 to get a $2.00 coin back. She had no idea how to provide that change and did not understand what I was doing even after I explained it to her. When you bag subs and drinks, why is it procedure to put the subs on the bag first and put the drinks on top? This is everyone that works there and this just squishes the subs that are in the bag. The drinks are heavier. lay them on the bottom of the bag and put the subs on top or beside standing up so when you pick up the bag they are not squished or bent after you pick up the bad. I cannot be the only one that notices this.

Mr.sub is my go to sub shop. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is very clean. Meats and veg are usually always fresh. Soup of the day and huge chocolate chip cookies. Prices are very good, you can't go wrong!

Came for lunch, everything was great the service was fantastic. The only thing we would have liked is if they played a little bit of background music.
