Love Mary Brown's but when I got home after a long day I realized the didn't send our gravy.when I went back the next time an told her she didn't seem to care or apologize.

I used to visit the 400 Bond Street location frequently, but after my experience today, I'm done. The food just didn’t smell right. The chicken tenders were like thin strips of rubber and had a burnt fryer oil aftertaste. I did receive seven pieces in a five-piece box, but I would have preferred just five pieces of a normal size. However, even if I had gotten the five regular-sized tenders, with that rubbery texture and the burnt oil flavor, I still wouldn't return.

I had a problem with an order as I ordered no salt on the tatters . There was salt. This ruined the whole meal .l went on line to Tell Mary which informed the store of the problem. The store owner called me and wanted to correct the situation. This was done today and everything was good ?.
