Jugo Juice - Oshawa

I’ve been to the Oshawa Centre location many times and it used to be a very pleasant experience… however, ever since they switched to new owners, I have noticed the quality of customer service decline tremendously. I do not feel welcomed there whatsoever and I feel as though my business is not a priority to them; a nuisance if you will. After going to them a few times and experiencing the same thing, I have reached my last straw. The drink I attempted to order today included an ingredient in which they were out of and instead of kindly explaining they were out and offering something similar, the lady working there (3:30 pm) seemed aggravated I had even ordered anything in the first place. Completely unacceptable. Will not be returning unless things change at this location.

After having a particularly rough day,I decided to pop in on the recommendation of a friend..I tried their strawberry banana (my favorite) and was pleasantly surprised!Great service so welcoming and friendly.I went on about my day with a smile on my face and a spring in my step..You just got yourself a new regular customer

I’ve been going to Jugo since I started in the mall and have always been super impressed by their awesome management… Now, I don’t know WHOOO hired these people who look like complete Oshawa trash. They look like they should be working at THE ROYAL if yk, yk. Every time I go to order something, either the machines are broken or they’re out of fruits/vegetables. It’s a shame that this place is gonna go out of business. All my other friends who work at the mall are disappointed by the new management/employees here as well.

I got a Mango Magic inch tasted like bitter medicine. Worst juice ever tasted.
